Lorne Park is home to several pockets of older, upscale suburban residences built between the 1950s and 1970s. Set on generously sized lots, many of these properties have been extensively updated to meet modern standards. Affordability

Lorne Park is not considered affordable for the average family buyer. While there are slightly more accessible pockets near the highway and GO train tracks, the majority of homes in the area are well over the million-dollar mark, with many rising into the multi-million-dollar range.
